Leadership
Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) has announced a series of senior leadership appointments across supply chain, commercial operations, human resources, strategy, and transformation, reinforcing its focus on execution strength amid a challenging and uneven consumer environment.
The Coca-Cola bottler has appointed Avinash Kant Kumar as Head of Integrated Supply Chain, Vinay Nair as Chief Commercial Officer, Ritesh Pratap Singh as Chief Human Resources Officer, Sunaina Dhanuka as Head of Strategy, and Girish Sivaraman as Vice President – Commercial Transformation.
The leadership reshuffle comes as FMCG companies recalibrate organisational depth to manage cost pressures, supply chain volatility, and evolving go-to-market dynamics. According to HCCB CEO Hemant Rupani, the appointments are designed to deepen capability across critical functions, strengthen value chain rigour, and enable scalable growth in the company’s next phase.
Singh joins HCCB from Tata Projects and will lead the people and culture agenda, marking a return to the company after earlier HR leadership roles. Kumar brings over 30 years of supply chain experience, most recently from Jubilant Foodworks. Nair will drive commercial strategy and execution, while Dhanuka will lead growth and transformation initiatives alongside her role as Chief of Staff. Sivaraman will focus on commercial transformation and sales effectiveness.
HCCB said the expanded leadership bench will be central to building organisational resilience and sustaining long-term value creation.
