Yogesh brings over 13 years of experience across HR leadership, total rewards, employee relations, industrial relations, HR integration and engineering. He has built his career with Hindalco, progressing through roles including General Manager – HR Integration (Specialty Alumina – North America), General Manager – Total Rewards, Assistant General Manager – Total Rewards, Manager – Total Rewards and Manager – ER & IR.
Earlier, he was part of the Aditya Birla Group Leadership Programs as a Human Resource Leadership Associate. He began his career with Nestlé, working in Electrical & Automation Engineering and gaining experience in technical operations and manufacturing environments.
