Hexalog Secures $4 Mn Seed Funding to Power the Future of AI-Driven Cross-Border Logistics Startup Stories

AI-led cross-border supply chain enablement startup Hexalog has raised $4 million in a seed funding round, led by ENRISSION India Capital, with participation from Mount Judi Ventures, Action Tesa Family Office, Rohan Bajaj’s Syndicate, Nandan Growth Fund, and prominent angel investors including Saurabh Deep Singla, Sumit Jalan, Amit Tyagi, and Nitin Sethi.

The newly raised capital will be deployed to strengthen Hexalog’s technology capabilities, with a strong emphasis on building a scalable, reliable, and data-driven orchestration layer for cross-border logistics. Founded in February 2024 by Dibyanshu Tripathi, Utkarsh Tripathi, Vineet Malik, and Shobhit Singh, Hexalog operates as an AI-powered 4PL full-stack orchestrator, delivering end-to-end solutions for global trade.

Hexalog’s AI-driven platform addresses long-standing inefficiencies in cross-border logistics by transforming fragmented and reactive processes into a predictable, coordinated execution workflow. The company orchestrates the entire logistics lifecycle—from order confirmation and documentation readiness to customs clearance, line haul, and last-mile delivery—ensuring continuity and transparency at every stage.

With operations spanning 80+ countries and coverage across 29,000+ Indian pincodes, Hexalog plans to accelerate go-to-market expansion across key international trade corridors, particularly in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Competing with global players such as Flexport and e2open, Hexalog is positioning itself as a critical enabler of intelligent, data-led global supply chains.
