Nidhi brings over 19 years of enterprise HR experience across HR business partnering, talent management, organisational development, leadership strategy and people transformation. Before joining Happiest Minds, she served as Director – Business Partner at FIS, partnering with business leadership on people and organisational priorities.
Earlier, Nidhi held leadership roles at Genpact, Fiserv and Infinite Computer Solutions, building expertise across talent strategy, HR transformation, employee engagement and business partnering. She began her career as an HR Analyst at Accenture.
