Leadership
Heena brings over 26 years of experience at HSBC, with extensive expertise in financial services, banking propositions, customer acquisition, relationship management and strategic communications. She most recently served as VICE PRESIDENT, PREMIER ACQUISITION, a position she held from March 2022 to October 2026.
Throughout her career, she has developed capabilities in proposition management and enhancement, high-net-worth individual (HNI) acquisition, cross-functional collaboration and horizontal banking. Her professional experience also includes more than a decade of work in user experience, service guarantee, strategic communications and training.
In her new role, Heena will take on site leadership responsibilities for HSBC Shared Services CC in Bengaluru, drawing on her extensive institutional experience and understanding of banking operations.
She is a postgraduate from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
