HCLTech and NetApp Expand Hybrid Cloud Collaboration for AI and Data Workloads Enterprise AI

The solution combines HCLTech’s Utility for Everything digital infrastructure framework with NetApp Keystone, its pay-as-you-go storage service. This enables organisations to scale storage, performance and data services on demand while supporting AI development through HCLTech’s AI Factory suite.

Rampal Singh, Senior Vice President of the Hybrid Cloud Business Unit at HCLTech, said the collaboration will help enterprises scale AI in a pragmatic and efficient manner by combining flexible infrastructure with strong data management capabilities.

Alvaro Celis, NetApp’s Chief Partner and Ecosystem Officer, said the partnership will provide customers with access to intelligent data infrastructure through a flexible business model supported by HCLTech’s expertise.

The Bigger Picture

The collaboration reflects the growing shift toward consumption-based infrastructure, allowing enterprises to align storage capacity and performance with evolving AI and data requirements while avoiding rigid infrastructure models.

As AI workloads become increasingly data-intensive, the ability to scale storage, compute and data services on demand is becoming a critical component of enterprise AI infrastructure. HCLTech and NetApp’s expanded partnership addresses this need by bringing flexible economics and intelligent data management together.
