Goran joins Goldman Sachs after an extensive career at McKinsey & Company, including nearly 21 years as a Partner. She initially began her career at McKinsey as a Business Analyst before returning to the firm in 2005 and progressing to Partner. She also serves as Chair of the Board and Board Member at Coney Island Prep, adding governance experience to her leadership profile.
In her new role, Goran will bring her consulting expertise to support workforce strategy and organizational design at Goldman Sachs, as the firm continues to focus on talent, organizational effectiveness and evolving workforce needs.
