Gautam Swaroop has been appointed Chief Business Officer at Instamart, where he will lead the company's business strategy, commercial growth, and expansion initiatives as it strengthens its position in India's rapidly evolving quick commerce market.
With over 20 years of leadership experience, Gautam brings deep expertise in business strategy, commercial operations, market expansion, and organizational growth. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of OYO's International Hotels & Homes business, where he led global growth and operational transformation. Prior to OYO, he held senior leadership positions at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, driving international business strategy and commercial excellence. Earlier in his career, he worked with McKinsey & Company, advising organizations on strategic growth and business transformation.
