Visionary Leader Garima Kochar has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at KEC Asian Cables Ltd., part of the RPG Group.

Garima brings extensive HR leadership experience across leading organizations such as Apraava Energy, Evonith Steel, and Holcim (ACC & Ambuja Cement). Throughout her career, she has led large-scale workforce strategies, driven leadership development, and championed culture transformation initiatives across complex industrial environments.

Her nearly two-decade tenure at Holcim, combined with her recent leadership roles, reflects a strong track record of building high-performance organizations and implementing impactful people strategies aligned with business goals.
