Garima Bihani has been appointed as BCOE Head of Talent, Learning, and Organization Effectiveness at UltraTech Cement, bringing extensive expertise in human resources, organizational development, and leadership strategy.

Garima has been associated with UltraTech Cement for over eight years, serving as HR Head – RMC and Key Accounts and Program Manager – Mergers and Acquisitions, where she successfully led the integration of UltraTech Cement and Century Textiles’ Cement Division, managing HR operations for 2,500+ employees.

Prior to this, she contributed to the Aditya Birla Group as a Human Resource Leadership Associate, driving leadership programs, functional capability frameworks, and talent progression initiatives. Garima also gained international experience with Novelis in Atlanta, designing career pathing frameworks and development toolkits, and earlier worked with Airtel in finance operations across Africa.

Her diverse expertise spans talent strategy, organizational transformation, mergers & acquisitions, and leadership development, strengthening UltraTech Cement’s people processes and fostering a future-ready workforce.
