Gagan Agarwal brings over two decades of accomplished experience across finance and commercial leadership. Prior to joining Shree Cement, he served as Joint President (F&C) and Vice President (F&C) at UltraTech Cement, where he oversaw finance, legal compliance, purchase management, and supply chain operations. His earlier roles at Reliance Logistics Ltd, Aditya Birla Management Corp, and SMIFS further demonstrate his strong foundation in financial governance and enterprise-wide commercial management.

A Chartered Accountant and B.Com (Hons) graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Gagan combines deep domain knowledge with strategic foresight. His leadership is expected to accelerate Shree Cement’s commercial excellence, operational performance, and industry-leading growth.
