Saket Kumar brings more than 17 years of technology and telecommunications experience, including over 14 years with Ericsson. His career spans R&D, product strategy, OSS/BSS, IMS, global integration and large-scale service delivery. He previously served as Director – OSS/BSS Offshore Service Delivery and held leadership roles including Head, SDU Communication Services and Head of Service Delivery, IMS India. Earlier, he worked with Nokia Siemens Networks and Tata Consultancy Services.His new mandate will focus on AI-native engineering, GenAI, agentic solutions, intelligent automation, cloud-native capabilities and DevSecOps, helping transform service delivery and enable communications service providers to unlock new digital revenue opportunities.CXO TechBOT congratulates Saket Kumar on his promotion and wishes him continued success in his new global leadership role.
