Mumbai-based warehousing and fulfilment partner Edgistify has raised $1.4 million in a pre-Series A funding round, co-led by NB Ventures and Rajesh Ranavat, with participation from notable angel investors including Prateek Maheshwari, Co-founder of PhysicsWallah, Vivek Gaur, Vikram Tandon, and others. The company had earlier secured $1.63 million in seed funding from Sterling Auxiliaries and additional investors.
The fresh capital will be deployed to onboard more high-growth consumer brands, advance AI-led supply chain orchestration through its proprietary platform EdgeOS, and expand fulfilment capabilities across Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets in India.
Founded in 2017 by Umang Shukla, Antim Suman, and Kamal Kishore Kumawat, Edgistify is building an intelligent, tech-first supply chain backbone for India’s fast-growing commerce ecosystem. Its platform, EdgeOS, integrates WMS, OMS, FMS, last-mile delivery, and internal operations intelligence into a unified execution layer, addressing challenges such as multi-channel fragmentation, replenishment unpredictability, and operational inconsistencies.
Edgistify operates a robust pan-India warehouse network across North, South, East, and West India, enabling deliveries to over 27,000 pin codes. The company serves FMCG, beauty, electronics, pharma, and quick commerce brands, processing over 1 lakh daily orders across 100+ warehouses, 50+ cities, and 75+ integrations.
