Newmark has announced the appointment of Visionary Leader Dr. Sathish Rajendren (FRICS, SLCR, MCR, CFM, C.I.D, DEI, PhD) as Executive Managing Director – India & APAC, Property and Facilities Management, marking a significant milestone in its regional growth strategy. Based in Bangalore, Dr. Rajendren brings over 22 years of international and cross-sector experience across occupiers, developers, government, and investors in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry.

A senior business leader and certified Independent Director (IICA & IIMB), Dr. Rajendren is an alumnus of INSEAD and IIM Bangalore and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS, UK). Over his distinguished career, he has played key leadership roles driving large-scale real estate portfolios, transformation initiatives, and operational excellence across global and regional markets.

Recognized as one of India’s top real estate leaders, he has received multiple global awards, including CoreNet Global Distinguished Leaders Circle 2025 and RICS South Asia Property Professional of the Year 2024.
