Dr. Nirav Gandhi has been appointed President at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, marking a new leadership chapter with the Ahmedabad-based pharmaceutical company.
Nirav brings more than two decades of experience across clinical research, operations, regulatory affairs, medical affairs and pharmaceutical business leadership. Before joining Cadila Pharmaceuticals, he served as Chief Executive Officer and President at Accutest Research Laboratories, where he led the organisation from November 2025 to September 2026.
Earlier, he spent more than five years at Lambda Therapeutic Research as Senior Vice President – Operations, overseeing clinical trials, medical affairs, medical imaging, pharmacovigilance and clinical data management.
Nirav also spent more than 15 years at Accutest Research Laboratories, where he led the BA/BE division with responsibility for execution, regulatory affairs and quality. He began his career with roles at Intas Pharmaceuticals and Torrent Pharmaceuticals.
