Dr Geetika Jassal has taken on a new leadership role as AVP and Head of Medical Operations and Quality at Cocoon Hospitals, the healthcare arm of RJ Corp Healthcare. With over two decades of experience in medical operations and quality management, she brings deep expertise in clinical governance, patient safety, and operational excellence.

An MBBS graduate from Christian Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana, Dr Jassal also holds postgraduate diplomas in Health & Hospital Management and Medical Law & Ethics. She is a certified NABH Assessor, further strengthening her credentials in quality assurance.

Before joining Cocoon Hospitals, she spent more than 15 years at Fortis Healthcare, most recently serving as General Manager in the Medical Strategy & Operations Group. Throughout her career, she has led cross-functional teams, implemented medical SOPs, and driven initiatives to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
