Zydus Group has appointed Dr Ajaykumar Sharma as Senior Vice President and Head – Corporate Affairs, strengthening its leadership in policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications within the healthcare ecosystem.

He brings extensive experience across global healthcare and consulting organizations, with a strong track record in corporate affairs, government relations, and policy shaping. Ajaykumar has held leadership roles at AstraZeneca India, AstraZeneca, OPPI, Frost & Sullivan, and 3M, where he played a key role in advancing healthcare policy frameworks and industry collaboration.

In his new role, he will lead corporate affairs strategy, strengthen regulatory engagement, and support Zydus Group’s mission to drive innovation and accessibility in healthcare. His leadership is expected to play a critical role in aligning business priorities with India’s evolving healthcare landscape.
