Don Vu has joined JPMorganChase as Managing Director and Head of Applied AI, Global Banking & Payments. Based in New York, he will lead the development and deployment of AI across the firm’s Global Banking and Payments businesses, with a focus on high-scale agentic AI platforms and solutions. His mandate includes partnering across the business to drive transformation and domain reinvention through applied artificial intelligence.
He brings leadership experience spanning AI, data science, analytics and enterprise transformation. He is also a Board Advisor to the University of Virginia School of Data Science and the UVA McIntire School of Commerce, where his involvement includes AI and business analytics initiatives. Since 2022, he has additionally served as a founding member of Analytics50 at World 50 Group, a community of senior AI and data leaders from global organizations. His expanded leadership at JPMorganChase places applied AI at the intersection of banking, payments, technology and business transformation, supporting the organization’s efforts to develop scalable AI capabilities across critical financial-services operations.
