AI
Dextr AI has raised $6.7 million to build an AI workforce for the hospitality and experience economy, targeting one of the industry’s biggest challenges: rising labour costs and the growing amount of employee time spent operating software.
Rather than adding another layer of AI tools, Dextr AI is developing an AI operating system designed to directly improve hospitality businesses’ P&L. Its forward-deployed engineers work alongside client teams and remain accountable for implementation and measurable ROI across multiple business functions.
The platform supports reservations and voice interactions in 90+ languages, guest management, workforce operations, finance, compliance, direct bookings, group sales, events and marketing.
The company says its clients have achieved measurable results, including 49x ROI with $80,000 in incremental revenue within 60 days, an 8% EBITDA lift at a six-property group after removing 1,200 labour hours, and $120,000 in annual savings at a destination resort while maintaining 92% guest satisfaction. Clients have also reported a 0.4-point increase in average OTA ratings within 90 days.
The funding round includes Elevation Capital and Foundation Capital, supporting Dextr AI’s vision of transforming hospitality operations over the next decade.
