Securitas has promoted Deepak Bhatia to Head of IT Services & IT Procurement for the Africa, Middle East, and Asia Pacific (AMEA) region, reinforcing its leadership focus on technology-driven service excellence across multiple markets.

Deepak has built a strong career in IT service management, vendor governance, and large-scale operations, progressing within Securitas from Service Manager to a regional leadership role spanning 12 countries. Deepak brings extensive experience in managing complex IT ecosystems and driving operational efficiencies aligned with business objectives.

Prior to Securitas, Deepak held key roles at Novartis India, HCLTech, and Ericsson India, where he contributed to enterprise IT transformation, service optimization, and infrastructure management.

In his expanded role, Deepak will lead IT service delivery, procurement strategy, and cost optimization initiatives while strengthening cyber resilience and operational scalability across the AMEA region.
