JSW Infrastructure Limited has announced the appointment of Visionary Leader Debabrat Mishra as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), reinforcing the company’s commitment to strategic HR leadership and workforce excellence.

Debabrat brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, having held leadership roles across JSW Steel, Vedanta Group, Bharti Airtel Limited (Airtel Enterprise Services), and Exide Industries Limited. He has a proven track record in HR transformation, industrial relations, talent management, and capability building across large-scale, multi-sector organizations.

An alumnus of the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, Debabrat is also pursuing an Advanced Strategic Leadership Program at Boston University, blending global strategic insights with a people-first leadership approach.

In his new role, Debabrat will steer JSW Infrastructure’s HR strategy, fostering innovation, employee engagement, and sustainable growth. His leadership is expected to strengthen organizational culture, drive talent development, and support JSW Infrastructure’s vision of long-term excellence.
