Amanda joins Dave & Buster’s from SSP America, where she most recently served as President, Operational Excellence, Commercial, Culinary and Marketing, leading integrated enterprise functions across a $1.2 billion North American hospitality business. Previously, she served as COO at SSP America, overseeing approximately 450 restaurants across nearly 60 airports.
Earlier, Amanda spent 19 years with Red Robin, progressing through operational leadership roles to become Vice President of Operations, with responsibility for restaurant operations, P&L performance, talent development and transformation.
