DB Corp Ltd. has appointed Rakesh Khetan as its Chief Information Officer (CIO), marking a strategic leadership move as the organisation accelerates its digital transformation and enterprise technology agenda. In his new role, Rakesh will lead DB Corp’s overall IT strategy, with a strong focus on digital platforms, data-led decision-making, cybersecurity, and building scalable, future-ready technology infrastructure across the organisation.

The appointment underscores DB Corp’s continued emphasis on strengthening technology governance and enabling digital-first operations across its publishing, digital media, and business functions. Rakesh will play a pivotal role in modernising enterprise systems, enhancing operational resilience, and leveraging technology as a core enabler of efficiency, innovation, and long-term growth.

Rakesh Khetan brings deep and diverse IT leadership experience across media, agri-business, manufacturing, and large-scale enterprise environments. Prior to joining DB Corp, he served as Head of Information Technology at Abis Foods and Proteins Private Limited and ABIS Exports India Private Limited (IB Group), where he drove technology-led growth across agri, exports, and food businesses.

Earlier in his career, Rakesh held senior IT leadership roles at AWL Agri Business Limited, Olam, Tata Motors, Subros Limited, and Mohins Print Solutions Pvt. Ltd., building strong expertise across ERP and SAP ecosystems, IT governance, business intelligence, and enterprise-scale digital transformation.

His appointment positions DB Corp to further strengthen its digital capabilities and continue leveraging technology to drive innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
