Chaitanya Gorrepati, Managing Director and member of D. E. Shaw India’s Operating Committee, said Hyderabad remains central to the firm’s story, three decades after its India journey began in the city.
Eddie Fishman, Managing Director and Executive Committee member, highlighted the firm’s investments in high-performance data and compute infrastructure, AI tools and technology systems.
Minister Sridhar Babu welcomed the expansion as a sign of the firm’s continued confidence in Hyderabad.
