Clariant has announced the appointment of Priya Thaman as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), following her successful tenure as Interim CHRO, where she provided strong leadership and continuity during a critical phase of the company’s transformation.

Announcing the appointment, Conrad Keijzer, CEO of Clariant, highlighted Priya’s ability to bring clarity, stability, and momentum during a key transition period. Since joining Clariant in 2022, Priya has played a pivotal role in strengthening talent management frameworks and accelerating cultural transformation across the organization. With over 14 years of international HR leadership experience, she brings a strong enterprise-wide perspective focused on aligning people, performance, and purpose.

Priya holds an MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and has completed executive education programs at London Business School, including HR Strategy in Transforming Organizations and Women in Leadership. Her appointment reinforces Clariant’s commitment to building a future-ready, people-centric organization.
