Citi has appointed Lisa Skiptunis as managing director and head of Global Payments and Liquidity Sales, effective October 2026. In her new role, she will lead the bank’s global payments and liquidity sales business, driving client growth and strengthening its payments and liquidity solutions.
Lisa brings extensive experience across payments, commercial cards, digital channels, sales and client relationship management. Before taking on her new role, she served as managing director and head of Global Commercial Card Sales and North America Payments & Liquidity Sales at Citi.
Earlier, she held senior leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase and American Express, where she led global client portfolios, sales strategy, strategic alliances and commercial payments businesses.
Her appointment is expected to strengthen Citi’s global payments and liquidity franchise and deepen relationships with corporate clients.
