His contributions played an important role in enhancing commercial capabilities and aligning marketing strategies with evolving market dynamics.

Ashay has built a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector, with extensive experience across marketing, product management, and sales leadership. Before joining Cipla, he held key roles at Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited, Macleods Pharmaceuticals, MSD, and Merck Healthcare.
