Bellatrix Aerospace Raises $20 Million to Scale Satellite Propulsion and Global Expansion Startup Stories

Bellatrix Aerospace, a Bengaluru-based spacetech startup, has secured $20 million in a fresh funding round led by Cactus Partners, with participation from Hero Investment Office, 35 North Ventures, Indusbridge Ventures, and Monarch Holdings. Existing investors including Inflexor, Pavestone, GrowX, StartupXseed, and Survam Partners also reinforced their commitment.

The funding will be utilized to accelerate commercial production of Bellatrix’s advanced satellite propulsion systems and strengthen its global delivery capabilities. As per regulatory filings, the company approved the issuance of Series B shares to raise approximately Rs 107 crore, valuing the firm at around Rs 870 crore, reflecting a significant 2.7X growth from its previous round.

Founded in 2025, Bellatrix Aerospace focuses on enabling efficient satellite deployment and in-orbit mobility solutions. The company has also expanded its footprint in the United States, with plans to establish a propulsion manufacturing facility in Delaware.

With total funding of $24.2 million to date, Bellatrix continues to advance innovation in the rapidly evolving global spacetech ecosystem.
