Bangalore International Airport Ltd (BIAL) has announced the appointment of Divya Mathew as Head of Talent Acquisition, reinforcing its focus on building a strong, future-ready workforce to support the airport’s continued growth and operational excellence.
In her new role, Divya will lead the organization’s talent acquisition strategy, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining high-quality talent across functions. Her appointment comes at a time when BIAL is expanding its operations and strengthening capabilities to meet rising passenger demand and evolving infrastructure requirements.
Divya brings a well-rounded HR leadership background with experience across diverse industries and organizational environments. Prior to joining BIAL, she served as Head of HR at CriticaLog India Private Limited, where she led people strategy and workforce initiatives. She has also held senior HR roles as Senior Manager – HR at ansrsource and Manager – HR at GMR Group, gaining valuable exposure to large-scale operations and complex talent ecosystems. Earlier in her career, she worked with Positive Moves, building a strong foundation in recruitment and HR practices.
With this appointment, BIAL continues to strengthen its leadership team and invest in robust talent strategies to support long-term growth.
