Careers360 has appointed Ayush Upadhyay as General Manager - Test Prep Business, strengthening its leadership as the education sector increasingly focuses on scalable learning models and business growth.
Ayush brings extensive experience across media, EdTech and managed living, with expertise in revenue growth, business operations, market expansion, sales leadership and profit and loss (P&L) management. Before joining Careers360, he held roles at Physics Wallah, The Times of India, Unacademy and Vedantu.
At Physics Wallah, he managed operations across 13 offline centres, launched the Vidyapeeth Digital Model, which generated ₹27 crore in revenue, and led teams of more than 180 professionals. His experience also includes managing large business portfolios, improving operational performance and strengthening customer acquisition strategies.
Previously, at Stanza Living, he oversaw 42 properties across seven micro-markets, managed a ₹221 crore P&L and achieved 13% month-on-month business growth.
In his new role at Careers360, Ayush will bring his experience in commercial strategy, operational excellence and team leadership to the test preparation business.
