The Walt Disney Company has named Visionary Leader Asad Ayaz as its Chief Marketing and Brand Officer, marking a significant leadership development aimed at strengthening brand alignment and global marketing impact. In this expanded role, Ayaz will lead a newly established enterprise-wide marketing and brand organisation, bringing together marketing strategy, brand stewardship, creative excellence, and consumer engagement across Disney’s diverse portfolio.

Reporting to senior leadership, Ayaz will be responsible for shaping a unified brand narrative across film studios, streaming platforms, theme parks, and consumer products, ensuring consistency while enabling innovation at scale. His mandate also includes enhancing audience connections through data-driven insights, storytelling, and culturally resonant campaigns in global markets.

Ayaz is a long-standing leader within the organisation, with over two decades of experience across brand, marketing, and franchise development. Prior to this appointment, he served as President of Marketing for Walt Disney Studios and later as the company’s first Chief Brand Officer, where he played a pivotal role in landmark brand initiatives and major global campaigns.
