KPMG India has appointed Archit Jain as Associate Partner in its M&A Tax practice, bringing extensive experience across mergers and acquisitions, transaction taxation and tax advisory.
Before returning to KPMG India in his new role, Archit served as Director at Deloitte, where he spent nearly three years. Earlier, he spent more than five years at KPMG India across roles including Director, Advisor and Associate Director, building expertise in M&A tax and transaction advisory.
Archit's professional journey also includes more than seven years at Deloitte in various roles, progressing from Assistant Manager to Manager. He began his career with Nangia & Co LLP and subsequently worked with RMG of Mr. Deepak Diwan, earlier part of S.S. Kothari, Mehta & Company.
In his new role, Archit will contribute to KPMG India's M&A Tax practice, leveraging his experience in transaction taxation and advisory to support clients navigating complex mergers, acquisitions and investment decisions.
