AquaExchange has raised $8 million in a Series B funding round co-led by Endiya Partners and Factor Analytics, aimed at accelerating the global expansion of its aquaculture technology platform.
Founded in Vijayawada, the agritech startup has developed a full-stack digital ecosystem for aquaculture farmers that integrates IoT-based automation, artificial intelligence and machine learning analytics, real-time farm monitoring, embedded finance, and market linkages. The platform currently monitors more than 80,000 acres of aquaculture farms and has automated over 25% of India’s shrimp farming operations, positioning the company as a key technology enabler in the sector.
The newly secured capital will support the company’s plans to scale its international technology business, expand domestic market share, and strengthen its presence across upstream segments of the aquaculture value chain.
AquaExchange expects its revenue to reach ₹275 crore in FY26 and is targeting EBITDA profitability within the current financial year, reflecting strong growth momentum in the aquaculture technology space.
