Anuj Saraf has been appointed as Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing at BajajCapital Insurance Broking Ltd., marking a significant step in the company’s push toward AI-driven marketing transformation. In his new role, Saraf will spearhead strategic growth initiatives through data-led decision-making, enhanced customer engagement, and the integration of advanced digital technologies.

He will focus on building a future-ready marketing engine, scaling go-to-market strategies, and strengthening digital capabilities to deliver personalized customer experiences and operational efficiency. His mandate also includes bridging traditional financial services with modern, tech-enabled marketing approaches.

Anuj brings exemplary experience across diverse industries. Most recently, he served as General Manager Marketing at ITW Universe, advising brands and startups on go-to-market strategies and positioning. Earlier, he played key roles at Acko, driving brand and growth strategies, and at Xiaomi Technology, managing large-scale product marketing campaigns. He began his career at Emami Ltd., building a solid foundation in brand management.
