In a strategic leadership appointment, Amgen India has named visionary leader Sachin Maheshwari as Head – Talent Lifecycle Delivery Services. The move underscores the organization’s focus on building scalable, efficient, and people-centric HR operations to support its expanding workforce.

Sachin brings extensive expertise in HR service delivery, shared services, and HR technology. Prior to this role, Sachin spent nearly a decade at TIAA as Director – Human Resources, where he led key HR programs across talent lifecycle management and HRIS transformation initiatives. Earlier, Sachin held leadership roles at Barclays Shared Services Pvt Ltd, contributing significantly to the development of robust shared services capabilities over a nine-year tenure.

At Amgen India, Sachin will focus on enhancing talent lifecycle processes, driving operational consistency, and enabling superior employee experiences through streamlined HR delivery frameworks.
