Amandeep Singh Sandhu has taken on a new leadership role as Chief Operating Officer - Vehicle Finance at IndoStar Capital Finance Ltd., marking a significant milestone in his distinguished career in financial services. Based in Mumbai, Amandeep brings over 18 years of deep expertise in rural business, vehicle finance, collections, and strategic planning, with a strong track record of scaling operations across geographies.

Prior to joining IndoStar, he spent more than 12 years at Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited, where he held multiple senior leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Zonal Business Manager (North – Vehicle Finance), driving growth, portfolio quality, and operational excellence across key markets.

Earlier in his career, Amandeep built a solid foundation at HDFC Bank, leading tractor loan businesses as State Head and Sales Manager, and also held leadership roles at The Tractor Station, MMFSL, and Cholamandalam in his early years. His journey reflects consistent progression, strong rural market understanding, and execution-focused leadership.

At IndoStar, he is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening the vehicle finance business and driving sustainable growth.
