Dubai Holding has appointed Alex Salter FCIPD as Vice President, Human Resources – Land Estates. With over 20 years of HR leadership experience, Alex brings deep expertise in talent management, organizational transformation, workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership development.

Before joining Dubai Holding, she served as Chief People Officer at Contango. She also spent nearly a decade with PwC Middle East, where she became Chief Human Resources Officer, leading people strategy across multiple countries and jurisdictions. Earlier roles with PwC UK helped build her strong foundation in talent development and organizational effectiveness.

In her new position, Alex will partner with leadership to strengthen organizational capabilities, develop future leaders, enhance culture, and support the continued growth of Dubai Holding’s Land Estates business.
