Puneet brings more than 30 years of experience across life insurance distribution, agency sales, business development, strategic initiatives, recruitment and retention, and sales leadership. Before joining Ageas Federal Life Insurance, he spent around nine and a half years at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance as Head, Agency Sales and Distribution, leading agency distribution and supporting business development and sales performance.
Earlier, Puneet spent nearly five years at Kotak Life, serving as Senior Vice President and Zone Vice President, where he managed business operations across North and East India. He also spent more than 11 years at Max New York Life Insurance, holding leadership roles including Regional Manager, Multiple Location Head, Managing Partner and Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and Head, Recruitment & Retention.
