Adobe Launches Gen-AI Journey Optimizer for B2B Sales and Marketing

Adobe has introduced the Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) B2B Edition, leveraging generative AI to enhance B2B sales and marketing. This new tool aims to address challenges in B2B marketing by precisely targeting decision-makers through unified dashboards and personalized experiences. 

 

AJO B2B Edition evolves beyond traditional lead-based marketing, using AI to identify buying groups and create tailored engagement strategies. Integrated with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), it helps businesses build buying groups, orchestrate personalized customer journeys, and generate targeted content. The platform also offers improved coordination between sales and marketing teams and provides dashboards for performance measurement and optimization.
