Before taking on the new role, Amit served as Head HR – Mangaluru International Airport at Adani Airport Holdings, managing HR, IR and administration for a large workforce while overseeing manpower planning, talent acquisition, compliance and employee engagement. He previously served as Lead HRBP at Adani Airport Holdings and as Human Resources Business Partner at Adani Solar, where he led HR setup and workforce planning for a large-scale solar manufacturing facility. His earlier experience includes leadership roles at Coromandel International, LavaCast, Tata Group and Jubilant Life Sciences.
Amit’s diverse experience positions him to strengthen HR strategy, workforce management and employee engagement at Ahmedabad International Airport, supporting technology-enabled business transformation and evolving enterprise priorities.
