ASI raises $325 Million at $3 Billion valuation to expand real-world AI systems Leadership

The funding round was led by Spark Capital, with participation from affiliates of Citadel Securities, Meritech Capital, Craft Ventures and other investors.

ASI develops simulation and monitoring software that helps operators anticipate disruptions hours, days or weeks in advance across complex infrastructure, including air traffic management, power grids and military operations. The company focuses on AI systems capable of managing and controlling physical assets rather than primarily generating text.

ASI plans to use the fresh capital to expand deployments across energy, logistics and military environments while strengthening its research and engineering teams in Boston.

The company has also secured major government contracts, including a five-year, $99 million US Army contract announced in October and a 12-year, $875 million Federal Aviation Administration contract announced in June, supporting military command systems and air traffic management.
