Yashpal brings with him over 16 years of exemplary leadership experience across healthcare, fertility clinics, healthtech, and customer service. Prior to joining Seeds of Innocens, he served as Chief Operating Officer at ART Fertility Clinics, where he oversaw large-scale operations and expansion. He has also held key roles as Head of Contact Center at Indira IVF Group, along with leadership positions at Jumio India and Vodafone.

His expertise in operational excellence, B2C sales, customer experience, and growth strategy has consistently driven transformative outcomes. At Seeds of Innocens, Yashpal’s proven ability to scale organizations and lead cross-functional teams will be instrumental in strengthening the company’s position as a leading IVF and fertility network in India.
