Hyderabad-based WeHouse, a leading technology-driven home construction company, has secured ₹25 crore in Series A funding through a mix of debt and equity. The round, announced on September 11, 2025, was led by Anthill Ventures alongside notable investors including Pinnupreddy Jaya Aditya Reddy, Suresh Babu Daggubati, Mohnish Yerra of Leaders for India (LIO), and Gaurav Marya of Franchise India Holdings.
The funding will accelerate WeHouse’s expansion across India, with new market entries in Coimbatore and Ahmedabad planned this month. It will also support technology upgrades, operational scaling, and stronger quality systems, ensuring homeowners receive a seamless and transparent construction experience.
Founded by Sripad Nandiraj (CEO) and Rohan Vinayak Reddy (COO), WeHouse formerly Hocomoco, has delivered 400+ projects, operates in four cities, and maintains an order book worth ₹150 crore. Its integrated model spans approvals, design, execution, interiors, and real-time e-monitoring, solving common industry issues of delays, cost overruns, and lack of accountability.
With India’s ₹268 billion residential construction market facing fragmentation, WeHouse’s tech-enabled, milestone-based approach positions it as a trusted partner for families building their dream homes. This investment marks a crucial step in scaling its vision nationwide.
