Credifin has announced the appointment of Shalya Gupta as Managing Director for a five-year term, effective upon approval at the upcoming AGM in September 2025. Gupta, who has been associated with Credifin since 2022 as Chief Executive Officer, has been instrumental in accelerating the company’s growth, technology adoption, and operational excellence.

During his leadership as CEO, Credifin achieved a significant milestone by crossing ₹375+ crore AUM in Q1 FY2025-26, underscoring his ability to combine strong financial strategy with innovation-led execution.

With over 15 years of diverse experience across finance, technology, and social impact, Gupta brings deep expertise in risk management, investment banking, and corporate finance. His career spans advising leading banks and financial institutions on complex financial transactions and enabling transformative business solutions.

As Managing Director, he is expected to further strengthen Credifin’s position in India’s financial services sector, focusing on customer-centric innovation, digital integration, and sustainable growth.
