Hindalco Industries Limited has elevated Sandeep Singh as Joint President & Plant Head of Aditya Aluminium in Sambalpur, Odisha. With nearly 20 years of expertise in the aluminium and metals sector, he brings a strong track record in plant operations, customer technical services, and quality assurance.

Over the past three years at Hindalco, Singh has held key leadership roles including Plant Head – Smelter (Aditya Aluminium) and Vice President – Hirakud P&S, where he drove operational excellence and innovation across the aluminium value chain.

Prior to Hindalco, he spent over 15 years at Vedanta Group and Balco, Inc., where he contributed to cast house operations, developed new aluminium alloys for the automotive sector, and commissioned large-scale projects. His customer-centric approach and ability to deliver operational efficiency position him to further strengthen Aditya Aluminium’s growth and performance in the years ahead.
