With over 20 years of experience in human resources leadership, Vanessa brings deep expertise in talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational transformation across the African market.

She has previously held key roles at Accenture and Gijima, where she successfully led initiatives focused on building agile, high-performing teams and driving people-centric transformation. Her ability to align talent strategies with business objectives has consistently delivered measurable impact and strengthened organizational capabilities.

In her new role, Vanessa will focus on shaping a strong culture, enhancing workforce capability, and driving strategic people initiatives as NTT DATA continues to expand its presence in South Africa.
