Tech Mahindra has appointed Balaji Rangaswami as Head of Operations for its Banking Products Group, reinforcing its focus on operational excellence, delivery governance, and scalable growth across the banking technology portfolio.
With over 25 years of global leadership experience, Balaji brings deep expertise in digital transformation, program management, operational governance, and service delivery across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Travel, and Hospitality sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully led complex multi-million-dollar transformation programs worth $35-40 million and managed diverse teams of over 450 professionals across global markets.
In his new role, he will collaborate with regional and global teams to strengthen governance frameworks, optimize workforce planning, enhance resource utilization, drive capability development, and improve delivery predictability across the Banking Products business.
Recognized for his strategic leadership and operational excellence, Balaji has played a pivotal role in establishing Centers of Excellence, driving digital engineering initiatives, implementing Agile and DevOps practices, and delivering enterprise-wide transformation programs that create measurable business impact.
