Tata International Limited has appointed Rahul Gaur as Country Director – Auto, Nigeria, reinforcing its commitment to expanding and strengthening its automotive business across Africa’s high-growth markets.

Rahul is a seasoned business leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning automotive, electric mobility, international business development, sales leadership, dealer network expansion, and market growth. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held key leadership positions at SPIRO, Renault, General Motors, ICICI Lombard, Vodafone, and airtel, where he successfully drove business expansion, revenue growth, customer engagement, and operational excellence.

Most recently, Rahul played a pivotal role in leading business operations across multiple West African markets at SPIRO, gaining deep expertise in mobility solutions, market development, and strategic execution. His strong track record in P&L management, business transformation, and partnership development makes him well-positioned to lead Tata International’s automotive growth initiatives in Nigeria.

In his new role, Rahul will focus on accelerating market expansion, strengthening dealer networks, enhancing customer reach, and driving sustainable growth for Tata International’s commercial vehicle business across the region.
