Ron brings more than 30 years of exemplary experience across pharmaceutical manufacturing, specialty chemicals, global operations, engineering, and operational transformation. Prior to joining TAPI, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Valtris Specialty Chemicals and previously held senior global leadership roles at Arxada and Lonza.

Over the course of his distinguished career, Ron has led large-scale manufacturing operations, value chain optimization, operational excellence initiatives, product management strategies, and business transformation programs across international markets. His deep expertise in driving efficiency, scalability, and process innovation positions him strongly to support TAPI’s continued global growth and operational advancement.
