ServiceNow has appointed Tirthankar Dutta as its new Director & Head - Cybersecurity Engineering & AI Automation, based in Hyderabad. In this leadership role, Tirthankar will drive global programs that integrate cybersecurity innovation with AI-powered automation, enabling secure and scalable growth for ServiceNow’s technology ecosystem.

He will lead enterprise-wide initiatives across application security, SOC automation, governance, risk & compliance (GRC) modernization, and data privacy compliance.
